| Saylor Consulting Group participated as member of the construction management team overseeing work for the New International Terminal Complex, Baggage Handling System, North Connector Buildings and other supporting projects for this $895 million dollar project. SCG was charged with designing and implementing a database system that would integrate the change order functions of the Architectural group, the Contract Administration Group, the Inspection Group, the Office Engineer’s staff, and the Estimating Group. Our innovations – including data base design and network server access for affected personnel – resulted in a more efficient process for determinations of merit, change order settlements and approvals. |
